We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in Electrical construction to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage electrical construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of project tasks. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation as required. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior team members as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management within the electrical construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations. Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
