The role in reality You’ll oversee
3-4 active project teams across NYC . Your value isn’t measured by how often you’re on site, but by:
How effectively PMs and supers perform under you How problems get solved before they become claims or schedule disasters How younger leaders grow because they finally have someone credible to learn from
