Construction Project Manager
to oversee
commercial construction projects
from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a proven commercial PM who understands the full project lifecycle and can manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships on complex builds.

Key Responsibilities Lead
commercial construction projects
from preconstruction through completion Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and change orders Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field leadership Lead subcontractor buyout, contract execution, and scope coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants Oversee RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure strong field execution Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track Manage project closeout and turnover processes
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on commercial projects Proven track record managing xsgimln
commercial construction
(ground-up and/or complex renovations) Experience across commercial sectors such as: Office Retail Healthcare Hospitality Industrial Education Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, and schedules Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience with construction management software preferred
