Responsibilities Handle and coordinate active calendars Greet visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties. May also assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks. Takes messages for department personnel. Provides callers with company information as needed. May also assist with other clerical duties such as mail sorting and overnight packages.
