Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all on-site activities, ensure safety compliance, manage subcontractors, and uphold the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
Daily jobsite activities for a single project. Jobsite safety programs and reporting. Scheduling and coordination of Subcontractors and material deliveries. Ensuring employee safety and project housekeeping. Reporting accidents of any type to the Safety Team in a timely manner. Notifying the Senior Superintendent and Project Manager of labor and material needs. Keeping daily time records and accurate cost centers for each employee. Coding materials to proper cost centers. Creating and maintaining daily job reports. Obtaining and tracking all necessary city inspections. Attending all jobsite meetings. Performing weekly review of job costs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must have experience supervising numerous commercial, industrial or retail projects in Florida up to $50M. 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction. xsgimln OSHA 30 certification.
