Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift/Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Forklift/Warehouse Associate will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move and organize products within the warehouse, as well as perform various warehouse duties. This position requires a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Operate a forklift to move, stack, load, or unload products in a safe and efficient manner. Inspect forklifts before each use to ensure they are in proper working condition. Load and unload trucks, ensuring that products are properly secured. Receive, inspect, and store incoming products in designated warehouse locations. Pick and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders. Perform inventory counts as needed and assist in cycle counting activities. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring that products are stored in designated areas. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient workflow. Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor. Demonstrate the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (adding, subtracting, etc.) Maintain cleanliness within the warehouse. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred. Proven experience working in a warehouse environment. Proven experience operating a forklift. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time. Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 55 lbs. Valid forklift certification and previous experience operating a forklift. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting. Capability to perform in both hot and cold plant environments. Company Requirements: Adhere to workplace safety policies and guidelines. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs).
