Job Description Description: Westward360 is looking to hire a
Licensed Service Plumber
to join our growing PROS department! Westward360 PROS specializes in a wide field of contracting work, ranging from single-unit kitchen & bath remodels to multi-family building rehabs.
Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, with locations across the map. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family and single-unit properties.

insurance Front loaded PTO 401k - company match up to 4% Company phone, uniform, and vehicle provided after trial period Long and short term disability at no cost to employee What you’ll do: You will be tasked with performing plumbing service, repair, installation, and maintenance services for residential, small business, and commercial customers – service calls can range from drain cleaning, water heater
service/replacement,
sump pump
service/replacement,
fixture & faucet repairs, piping jobs and other misc. plumbing repairs. Install and repair plumbing products such as water heaters, toilets, faucets, and other products. Diagnose the condition of plumbing systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, determine needed repairs, and execute repairs. Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects. Evaluate customer requests, provide estimates, and price projects. Follow established service system processes and procedures, including accurately entering customer data and notes into company software after each customer visit. Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer. What you’ll bring: Must be able to operate company vehicle (Valid DL Required) Valid Chicago Plumbing License 5+ Years Experience. 2 years as a Service Plumber preferred, including residential repair and retrofit service. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must have great communication skills and enjoy providing high-quality customer service to homeowners. Able to pass a drug test and background check. Experience in residential service repair. Current state plumbing license or journeyman plumbing license. Experience with water heaters and sewer repair and/or replacement. Bilingual is considered a plus.
