Redwood Dental is seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team in Canby, OR. We are a locally owned, patient-centered dental practice that values compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Schedule: Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends!) Pay & Benefits: $20–$25/hour , depending on experience Health Insurance Dental Benefits Pension Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday Pay Quarterly Bonus (after 90 days, based on office collections) Responsibilities: Assist dentist during procedures Take X-rays and maintain sterilization protocols Prepare and clean operatories Accurately update and manage patient records Help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment Requirements: Current Oregon Dental Assistant Certification Valid CPR/BLS Certification Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of dental procedures and infection control Friendly, professional attitude and excellent teamwork Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a dental office Radiology certification (if performing radiographs)
