Job Description
The patient services representative ii (psr ii) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. the psr ii draws quality blood specimens from patients and provides the phlebotomy component of clinical laboratory services to patients and customers. the psr ii interacts with patients and customers to ensure quality customer service, assists clinical staff and laboratory scientists by performing duties essential for the safe and efficient function of the phlebotomy business. the psr ii accurately collects and inventories specimens according to established procedures. maintains positive customer interactions while preserving the dignity and confidentiality of patients and customers. performs duties within the phlebotomist ii role to include: performing phlebotomy within established clia and company policies, procedures and standards.
