Responsibilities Join and support the Engineering Team in maintaining the hotel. Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities. Replace air conditioner filters and conduct preventive maintenance on all units and mechanical systems. Maintain and service air conditioners, cooling towers, and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests. Qualifications HVAC knowledge is a plus.
