Product Manager (PM) Product Manager will be responsible for setting product vision and roadmaps, establishing strategy, and managing product development execution. The PM will be responsible for our imaging and clinical decision support products. Strong candidates will have medical imaging and/or software experience. The PM must have experience creating and applying strategy and vision, the capacity to work cross-functionally, and experience leading full product management lifecycles. Overview The PM will work externally with customers/partners and interface internally with Cortechs.ai teams to deliver high quality software and analytics solutions in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative setting. The PM will support our mission to deliver innovative products that improve patient outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Own product roadmaps and prioritize feature development. Identify and define customers’ core workflows and opportunities. Engage internal and external stakeholders to create technical deliverables and ensure cross-functional support. Author, maintain, and version formal product documentation, including Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), software requirements & design inputs, user workflows and functional specifications, clinical use descriptions and user needs, release notes and change impact assessments. Ensure documentation is clear, traceable, and audit-ready. Act as conduit from customers, management, and product development teams to set goals and deliver on time. Communicate team and product status, obstacles, roadmap, and priorities to the organization. Create metrics to analyze risk and priorities, lead process improvement, and create risk management solutions. Clinical & Commercial Enablement: Translate clinical evidence into clear product positioning and internal training materials, support sales and marketing with accurate, defensible product messaging, review and approve prostate-related marketing claims for technical and regulatory consistency, support customer-facing discussions requiring deep product knowledge. Required Experience 3+ years of full lifecycle product management or software engineering experience in product development. Strong understanding of medical imaging analysis technologies for radiology and impact on state of the industry. Ability to work within and between teams to ensure process and efficient outcomes in a regulated environment. Excellent communication skills: Demonstrated ability to present complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences in a trade show/conference environment. Experience creating detailed and clear product requirements documents. Experience with Agile/Scrum in regulated medical device development. Experience with PM tools (Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, etc.). Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards and healthcare or other regulated industries. Preferred Experience Experience in medical imaging, MRI, radiology, or AI/ML-based software. Experience working directly with QA/RA teams. Comfort interfacing with clinicians (radiologists, urologists, physicists). Experience reviewing or supporting validation and performance testing.
