Summary Primarily responsible for sourcing screening and recruiting candidates to achieve the overall success of full cycle recruitment efforts. Essential Functions Source, recruit, screen and assess candidates for all corporate roles Employ innovative search strategies to attract top active and passive talent Develop a robust candidate pipeline across a diverse requisition load and generate rapid results in a fast-paced environment Consult with hiring teams on candidate market trends Manage numerous open headcount simultaneously Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees to identify top-tier talent Work with hiring managers to develop strategies, set prioritization of positions worked and communicate recruiting updates effectively Identify candidates using technologies and web tools networking and cold calling Articulate the strengths and limitation of the candidates to the hiring manager(s) Provide regular progress updates, drive recruitment progression and ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner Solicit feedback on candidates and refine recruiting strategy as necessary Follow and ensure the integrity of the GDH A Player Hiring Process Post open positions through all approved outlets including job boards and networking sites Responsible for internship process Responsible for college recruiting efforts including job postings and organizing campus job fairs Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate channels Comply with daily and weekly job responsibilities Develop new recruiting ideas Execute administrative duties and record keeping within Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Work with GDH Marketing Department to develop materials for recruiting efforts Competencies Computer proficiency and ability to effectively utilize ATS Internet and navigation of websites/systems Thorough knowledge of screening and interviewing techniques for candidates Thorough knowledge of sourcing, recruitment and selection techniques on a local and national level Working knowledge of relevant governmental/regulatory requirements (EEO ADA etc.) Ability to work independently Technical capacity Communication proficiency Customer service oriented Problem solving Works well in team environment Planning and organizing Attention to detail Ethical conduct Time management Confidentiality Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role; however some light physical activity may be required. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel Some travel is expected for this position based upon recruiting demands of field offices not expected to exceed 20%. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or 2 years recruiting experience preferably in a staffing environment; or equivalent combination of education and training preferred.
