Specializing in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements, we focus on providing premier staffing solutions in the information technology sector. Key Responsibilities Employ innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets. Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with potential candidates. Work closely with account managers to submit candidates for client placements. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and entire employment period. Qualifications No prior recruiting experience is necessary. Comfortable operating in a sales-oriented environment. Desire to work in a competitive, high-energy office setting. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
