Overview Technical Recruiter – Engineering at Real Time Consulting LLC (RTC). Fully remote for AZ, NM, TX residents. Job Summary Lead full‑cycle sourcing, screening, and placement of engineering talent across aerospace, space, semiconductor, and healthcare sectors. Deliver excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. Responsibilities Source, screen, and negotiate offers for technical roles. Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate fit. Maintain accurate ATS (CATS) and Excel records. Build and manage candidate pipelines on job boards. Coordinate interview schedules and candidate status updates. Collaborate with HR to transition candidates into the hiring process. Ensure a positive candidate experience. Qualifications 5+ years recruiting experience in a fast‑paced corporate setting. 3+ years recruiting for technical engineering roles (Systems, Software, Verification/Validation, Test, Mechanical, Hardware). Strong full‑cycle recruiting expertise (sourcing, assessment, negotiation, closing). Experience in aerospace preferred; automotive, medical, semiconductor also valuable. Associate degree in Business/HR/Communications/Technical; bachelor’s a plus. Proficient with ATS (CATS) and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
