Executive Assistant Position

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000.00-99,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, managing complex calendars and coordinating high-level meetings
  • Handle sensitive communications and correspondence while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Organize and coordinate executive events, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision
  • Support social media initiatives and special projects as needed
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
