A stable and long?standing manufacturing company in Elk Grove Village is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join its small, tight?knit office team. Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

What Youll Do

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Enter payments, invoices, and bank transactions
• Support inventory tracking and material documentation
• Assist with shipping paperwork as needed
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Use QuickBooks and Excel for day?to?day accounting tasks

What You Bring

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of double?entry accounting
• Hands?on experience with QuickBooks
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently with high?volume data
• Strong communication skills and a team?focused mindset
• Enjoys working in a small office environment
