Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr We are a well-established law firm in New Jersey seeking a Legal Secretary with at least 5 years of litigation experience to support two attorneys in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Manage litigation calendars and deadlines for two attorneys Format and edit legal documents, including table of contents and enclosure letters Handle NJ e-filing with precision and efficiency Work independently with minimal supervision (support available when needed) Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications Qualifications Minimum 5 years of litigation experience Proficiency in NJ e-filing systems is required Strong skills in document formatting, editing, and legal correspondence Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively What We Offer Competitive salary range: $50,000-$55,000 Mostly paid health benefits Up to 18 paid days off annually Supportive team with excellent tenure—our Office Manager began as a Legal Secretary and has been with the firm for 25 years A stable, reputable firm with 90 years of service in New Jersey If you're looking for a long-term opportunity in a respectful and professional environment, we'd love to hear from you.
