Unit Secretary Clerk

Unit Secretary Clerks are responsible for:
- Providing support to the nurse manager with reports, data, and special assignments.
- Transcribing physician orders for medications, diets, treatments, etc.
- Running errands as directed/necessary
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months of clerical experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Unit Secretary Clerk will perform various clerical responsibilities on nursing units including preparing, compiling, and maintaining patient records.

Salary range: $17.00 to $22.98 hourly. The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
