Full‑Time Maintenance Assistant
to help keep our beautiful senior living community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone with general maintenance skills who enjoys variety, teamwork, and meaningful work that makes a daily impact.
Schedule & Pay Full‑Time
Tuesday–Saturday
PM Shift
Starting at $19.00 per hour
What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Assistant, you’ll support the Maintenance Director with day‑to‑day operations, including:
Performing general maintenance and repairs throughout the community
Assisting with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Completing work orders in resident apartments and common areas
Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Helping maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment
Responding promptly and courteously to resident maintenance needs
Supporting groundskeeping and community upkeep as needed
Following safety, infection control, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For Experience in
general maintenance , facilities, or building systems
Senior living, healthcare, or apartment maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry a plus
Ability to troubleshoot and problem‑solve independently
Dependable, team‑oriented, and service‑mindful
