The Operations Integration drives the conversion of non-workable to workable work in a 0–90 day outlook and ensures that factory operations are execution-ready. This role bridges planning, procurement, manufacturing, and engineering functions to ensure program alignment and schedule health.
The following is a sample of the various tasking required of the Logistics Specialist II. The omission of specific responsibilities does not exclude them from the position if the tasking is comparable or logically associated to the position.
Review current inventory for material availability and follow best practices to acquire material.
Populate and maintain service order requirements (MRP Demands).
Accurately embellish purchase requisitions for release to procurement
Review of notification reports to determine make, buy, transfer, status of material requests
Routinely and effectively communicate information to OIL, VSM, RA/MC, MA, Scheduling and supervisor.
Coordinate work with Stores, Shipping and Material Handlers
Preform SAP-S4/HANA transactions as required.
Help support stores and keep work flowing
Required Skills
Ability to be flexible and adaptive to learning new job responsibilities and tasks within Logistics functions.
Able to perform research, execute transactions and track material in databases such as SAP Prism or similar tools.
Proven ability to work accurately in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
Interface in a confident manner to a wide variety of internal and external customers, peers and management to acquire resolution.
Minimum Educational / Work Experience Requirements
Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent. 2 years prior relevant experience

Experience with MRP process
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process oriented, customer service environment.
Self-Starter with the ability to communicate verbally and written instructions.
Team player who will be willing to take on new assignments as required.
Ability to review drawings or complex schematics.
Communication Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Ability to communicate technical concerns in a manner the audience can understand.
Strong people skills with the ability to handle difficult discussions.
