Tea Server
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Job Overview:
As a Tea Server you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for curating an elevated tea service experience aligned with our luxury hotel standards.
Responsibilities
Guest Service:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer guest questions about the menu, specials, and beverage offerings.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
Resolve guest complaints and issues in a courteous and timely manner.
Operations:
Set up and maintain dining areas, including table settings and cleanliness.
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures.
Assist with side work tasks, such as cleaning, stocking, and preparing beverages.
Teamwork:
Work effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and bartenders.
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic math skills.
Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
