Job Purpose:
To provide excellent painting and paint repair of interior and exterior remodeling projects to support the Mosby Team in completing all jobs on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Work independently to perform basic and advanced painting processes
Surface preparation
Formulate, test, mix and apply paint to meet required specifications
Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Keep job sites safe and clean and adhere to all safety procedures
Maintain consistent on-time attendance
Minimum Requirements
1-year residential painting experience
Knowledge of and ability to properly operate all necessary painting equipment / machines, including but not limited to extension ladders, walk boards, lifts and scaffolds
Good organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
High-school diploma or equivalent preferred
Supply your own tools
Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, cheerfulness and adherence to safety procedures
Have your own transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to transport yourself and materials between jobsites
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 75 lbs. independently for extended periods of time
