The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Guest Service Attendants to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Guest Service Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs. This is a per-event paid position with compensation of $87.50 per event. The hourly rate shown is for reference only and reflects a breakdown of the guaranteed event pay, which is based on a 7‑hour event day. The total event payment remains the same regardless of the actual number of hours worked. What will you do?
Set up and prepare the food station with all the proper equipment and utensils for the event. Ensure that all food is at the station as well as backup items for service. Food should be up to company and manager/chef standards. Anticipate guests’ needs as they approach the stations, following all Guest Path standards. Maintain station and club cleanliness throughout the event. Follow all set up and break down procedures while giving the best guest experience possible. More about you
No high school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full‑service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required. Previous experience in Food and Beverage or Hospitality is preferred. Physical requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift. Exposure to variable temperatures. May be required to work in narrow spaces. Shift details
