Full-Time position scheduled Monday - Friday 9a -6p with some flexibility. The pay is $14 -16 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This role is onsite at our center: 209 W Oak Ridge Rd, Orlando, FL 32809.

Professional Development Training
The Preschool 3-Year-Old Teacher plays a vital role in creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for young learners. This teacher leads a cohesive teaching team, coordinates the curriculum, and manages the day-to-day operations of the 3-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate is energetic, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood education. In this role, you will foster curiosity, creativity, and independence through fun, hands‑on, play‑based learning experiences that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child. You will also collaborate closely with assistant teachers and staff to maintain a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere while building strong partnerships with parents to support each child’s growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact during one of the most important stages of a child’s development.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Florida Early Learning and Developmental Standards.
Lead and support the teaching team through effective communication, modeling, and collaboration.
Plan and facilitate engaging individual and group activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress to inform instruction and share developmental updates with families.
Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and involvement in their child’s learning.
Create an inclusive classroom that supports children with diverse learning styles, abilities, and cultural backgrounds.
Maintain compliance with all center policies, health and safety guidelines, and state licensing regulations.
Participate in ongoing professional development to ensure continuous improvement and uphold program quality standards.
What We Need from You
High School Diploma and/or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study
FL45 DCF hours with CDA (Child Development Associate) required

Minimum of 1-2 years of professional early childhood education or experience
Must clear a full level II DCF background check
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and basic computer skills
Strong understanding of children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where students are engaged and encouraged to succeed
Effective in communicating with both students and adults to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns
