As a True Friends Retreat Host, you'll help create memorable experiences for our guests by providing outstanding service from check‑in through check‑out. You'll support group leaders, ensure their stay runs smoothly, and play a key role in making every visit safe, enjoyable Оның and seamless. Pay:

$16.59 p/hr with on call pay

How You’ll Contribute

Review and assist with meeting space set‑up prior to events

Support guest check‑in and check‑out, remain on call through the duration of each stay

Communicate with group leaders and team members via phone, text, and in person as needed

Check in with guests during mealtimes to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

Manage and adjust schedules in response to group or program needs

Relay guest feedback, hosting updates, and operational needs to the manager

Conduct general cleaning and upkeep of cabins and public buildings

Performbattle other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Must be able to pass an organizational background study

Be a minimum age of 18 years or older

Previous customer service or event planning experience preferred

Reliable transportation required

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong organization and time management skills

Physical demands

Ability to see, hear, and communicate verbally

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, and move continually during working hours

Ability to feel objects and use fingers to operate tools and controls
