POSITION DESCRIPTION: Maintains presence at the front desk to greet visitors and assist walk‑in customers. Answers inbound calls and directs to the appropriate parties. Answers general inquires and resolves routine customer challenges. Helps customers understand billing statements and processes payments. Documents customer interactions. Monitors office supply inventory levels. Send leases. Approve and process applications for the residential addresses we service. Follows established policies and procedures. Completes other responsibilities as assigned.

SALARY: $16-$17 / hr SCHEDULE & QUALIFICATION EXPECTATIONS

Regular hours are Monday – Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Competency in Windows-based environment.

Internet and technologically savvy.

Customer service experience preferred.
