Inspect properties on a recurring schedule to identify infestation sources, extent of damage, and access to infested locations. Apply products on infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayers and set traps as per regulatory guidelines. Offer recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestation. Analyze preliminary reports and determine the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence. Document all work and submit electronic reports after each visit. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications
Budgeted salary: $40,000‑$46,000 annually. Structural Exterminator license preferred, but not required. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Successful criminal background check. Benefits
Paid training and company‑sponsored certifications. Company vehicle provided; reduce personal fuel and insurance expenses. Work phone with monthly plan provided. Uniforms provided. Company pays 50% of the cost of steel toes once per year. Matching RRSP program up to 3.5% of base salary per year. Paid sick and vacation days.
