We are seeking several candidates to join our fast growing team. Hired candidates will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the Low Country from Savannah to Charleston, and all areas in between.

Job Summary Our Crew Members utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients’ pavement assets. The Crew Leader will have responsibility over their job site and teammates and will report directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, and more.
Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.
Maintain a safe, hazard‑free job site; care for all equipment and maintain service.
Additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
A driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation.
You are a self‑motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve and learn.
You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.-two>
Ability to work in a physically demanding role with walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs. \.watch> Ability to work well independently and unsupervised.
Past experience with small engines (lawnmowers or paint sprayers) is an asset.
Past experience with asphalt or concrete is a plus.
