What You'll Do
Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products Coordinate the daily tasks of your team to ensure products are available timely for customers Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals Requirements

Experience decorating cakes; Experience producing bakery products and using a variety of baking techniques; Collective customer service experience, internally and/or externally preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting; Experience coordinating daily work of others; Managerial/supervisory experience living our values and achieving results in our 5 measures; Experience working in a Bakery; Experience ordering products and controlling inventory; Work Environment: The physical demands of this work are classified as medium to heavy. Work includes walking, standing for up to 4 hours without a break, repetitive hand and arm movements, occasional heavy lifting, bending, and reaching, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment. The average weight range of items lifted is 5 – 20 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of greater than 50 pounds occasionally. You may receive assistance with heavy items, if available. Upper extremity repetition is moderate and trunk movement involves moderate to moderately high twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction). The work environment is indoors and involves exposure to various work environments, including cold (33 – 55 degrees), freezing (-20 – 20 degrees) and hot temperatures (exceeds 85 degrees with work surfaces or equipment that exceeds 135 degrees). Basic tools and equipment used include common baking utensils and equipment, and oven.
