This position involves mixing and serving drinks to hotel guests in the Bistro. In addition to preparing and serving food.
What You Will Be Doing Takes orders from customers. Collects payment for orders. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. Prepare, cook, and serve food orders. Be knowledgeable of all in-house services as well as local information, and be able to assist with customers' inquiries. Keep track of inventory.
The Ideal Candidate Must be of legal age to serve alcohol Previous bartending or cooking experience
