We are looking to add a full time Valet to our Nucar Toyota of Norwood Service department.
Duties
Greets all customers entering the service dept. with a positive, friendly attitude, answers customer questions and directs customers to available service advisors in an orderly fashion.
Controls customer traffic and parking in service area
Stages vehicles requiring oil changes to designated lane, retrieves oil filter from parts dept. and places it inside customer vehicle.
Coordinates with team leaders where to drop off vehicles that are assigned to each team.
Assists inspection sticker technicians with retrieving registrations on new vehicles from sales dept. and with returning completed or serviced vehicles to waiting customers. Retrieves completedכע vehicles when requested.
Keeps service drive area clean, safe and orderly, and moves cars as directed.
Responsible for parking in designated parking areas only.
Requirements / Skills
Must possess a valid Driver's license.
Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Teamwork - ability to work with others to effectively enhance results or processes.
Interpersonal Skills - the ability to interact well with employees and customers at all levels, socially poised
Communication - ability to identify and deliver critical information to the appropriate parties
