JOB SUMMARY Create an entertainment environment for all guests. Provide courteous, friendly and prompt support to the Food & Beverage departments. Keep the bars and guest facing bar areas / cleaned and stocked at all times.
JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values
Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers
Prepare N/A beverages as ordered
Build relationships with guests
Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists
Clean the bar area, including (but not limited to) mats, floors, sinks, drains, and other bar appliances
Keep bar area clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines
Receive and restock all supplies delivered from main warehouse
Manually push cart loaded with beer, liquor and supplies to the various bars as needed during shift
Maintain adequate inventory of product and supplies at assigned areas
Use Partender to assist the Bartenders in taking daily opening/closing inventories
Adhere to department par levels
Able to move and tap kegs.
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
Follow guidelines of the EBCI liquor laws as defined by the Tribal ABC Board
Must complete daily check list to receive share of tokes
Knowledgeable of casino promotions and events in order to provide answers to customer questions
Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED preferred
Six months prior customer service experience preferred
CARE certified preferred
Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willing to learn and be adaptable
Attention to detail/observant
Documented teamwork behaviors and attitudes
Neat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene
Knowledge of beverage operations
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Must be able to attend to multiple priorities simultaneously
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and manually push 300 pounds
Must be able to maneuver and tap a keg weighing 165 pounds
Must be able to be on feet for 8-10 hour shifts
Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist and grasp items
Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality including secondhand smoke
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
