Job Description
Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. ART Management and Administrative Support to support a federal government client.
Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Description
Shall manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and proper relationships are established between customers.
The contractor is responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification/mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
Coordinate resolutions to production-related problems. Provide project management, supervision and direction to ensure the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
Ensure tasks are received, logged, and assigned to the appropriate section personnel for completion.
Monitor task progress and ensure tasks will be completed on time and, if necessary, coordinate with the requester for additional time or clarity.
Close out completed tasks in the designated database or system and ensure the customer receives the requested production.
Agile Service Delivery Framework
Shall adopt and institutionalize Agile methodologies in the delivery of services under this task order to enhance responsiveness, adaptability, and efficiency.
Agile service delivery shall be structured around iterative planning cycles, incorporating backlog management, sprint-based execution, and continuous feedback loops.
Shall ensure that Agile principles are applied to workforce organization, task execution, and performance evaluation to support mission effectiveness.
Agile Workflow & Iteration Execution
Services shall be delivered using Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Shall employ backlog-driven work prioritization, ensuring that tasks are dynamically managed and adjusted to meet evolving mission needs.
Agile workflows shall incorporate incremental service delivery, with frequent touchpoints to ensure alignment with Government priorities.
Agile-Trained Personnel & Implementation Support
Shall provide personnel who are trained and experienced in Agile methodologies, ensuring the ability to implement and sustain Agile-based service delivery.
Agile-trained roles, such as Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and Service Delivery Managers, shall be leveraged to support iterative planning and execution.
Shall ensure that Agile methodologies are consistently applied across all service areas, fostering a culture of adaptability and operational efficiency.
Agile Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
Shall track Agile performance metrics, including backlog health, sprint velocity, cycle times, and iteration success rates.
Service delivery shall be evaluated through regular Agile retrospectives, ensuring continuous process refinement and alignment with mission objectives.
Shall engage with Government stakeholders at predefined Agile review intervals, incorporating feedback into ongoing service iterations.
Job Requirements Desired experiences :
Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired education:
Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education: or have a bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related Senior experience for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.
Security Clearance:
Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
Location:
NCR to include Maryland and Virginia.
