Edina Plastic Surgery provides the most comprehensive and experienced surgical and support team in the Minneapolis area. We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our medical spa in Minnetonka, MN. As the welcoming face of our practice, you will guide patients through their aesthetic journey and ensure a seamless, five-star experience. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about skincare, beauty, and patient care.
Compensation $22 PerHourPlus
3 weeks PTO in year one + paid holidays (including your birthday).

Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30 AM –5:30 PM
.setfair: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients, manage phones, and schedule appointments.
Guide newunächst patients through intake, paperwork, and EMR documentation (Nextech).
Present treatment plans, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Support providers and staff by coordinating patient flow and assisting with events. Study:567+informatics formatting> news Assist with inventory management and product tracking.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or high‑end customer service.
Excellent communication,ắm multitasking, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred.
Passion for aesthetics and patient‑centered care.
Experience in a med spa, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery practice is a plus.
