Job Summary The Commercial Loss Coordinator provides support to the Commercial Large Loss Division (CLLD) and supporting functions of the Commercial Large Loss Project Managers. The Commercial Loss Coordinator interacts with staff at various levels, including the Large Loss Response Team and the SERVPRO franchise community. This position reports to the Director of Commercial Loss.
You will
Maintain job loss file management system by assisting in opening and closing of job loss files, securing documentation, packaging completed files for review and approval
Prepare commercial dispatch follow‑up log and ensure commercial losses are provided oversight
Assist with maintaining current and accurate job file information, including follow‑up on work‑in‑progress jobs, jobs pending invoices, and account receivables
Assist with tracking LLRT membership requirements, updates to the Large Loss Response Team (LLRT) membership roster, and communicating with CLLD team members and other applicable parties
Correspond with franchisees interested in LLRT membership, track submitted membership applications and assist with annual LLRT membership renewal
Secure and review completed job file documentation from the operators
Provide assistance as needed, during Storm Events to the CLLD Team Members, Call Center, and other departments
You have
Three years of relevant experience working in insurance or restoration is required
Ability to read, write, and communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Possess a strong desire for quality and high attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate Degree in Business Administration, Computer Software Applications, or certificate preferred
