Responsibilities

Engineer precision

by developing test specifications, methods, and procedures from technical drawings, standard work, and detailed diagrams.

Be the voice of insight

by assisting in technical reports that summarize findings and recommend smart, actionable solutions to complex challenges.

Keep performance sharp

by calibrating, improving, and maintaining advanced test equipment used in mission‑critical validation.

Lead with impact

by guiding a small team of technicians within your functional area, fostering collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications Minimum

Willing to work weekend shift.

Minimum 1 year of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent electronics experience with a strong understanding of AC/DC theory.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, timekeeping system, ERP system, routing, etc.).

Detail‑oriented with good manual and eye dexterity.

Position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by U.S. export laws. In order to be eligible, you must be a "U.S. Person" under U.S. export laws or eligible for approval under a U asynchronously बो Government export license.

Ability to obtain and maintain העוב security clearance.

Preferred

Associate’s degree or technical degree in electrical technology.

Experience in defense or aerospace industry.

Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.

Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.

U.S. Person Requirements Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, the candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
