*About Us:* We are a boutique litigation law firm based in Indianapolis, dedicated to advocating for victims of medical malpractice and nursing home neglect. While our office is located in Indianapolis, we handle cases across the state.

*Position Overview:* We are seeking a dedicated, driven and skilled attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of civil litigation experience. A background in nursing or other healthcare is a plus, but not required. Discovery, deposition, and trial experience preferred.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle cases involving nursing home neglect and medical malpractice from intake to resolution. * Client communication, case investigation, pleading/motion preparation, discovery coordination. * Participate in depositions, mediations, court proceedings, and trials. * Collaborate with clients, medical experts, and other attorneys to build compelling cases. Preparation of medical review panel submissions. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in client interactions.
*Qualifications:*
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. * Active license to practice law in Indiana. * Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury, medical malpractice and/or nursing home neglect. * Nursing background or other healthcare experience or training preferred but not required. * Trial experience preferred but not required. * Strong analytical, research, and communication skills. * Self-motivated and willingness to work collaboratively with a team. * Commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused representation. * Willingness to travel within Indiana for case-related matters if needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
