You Were Made for This.

A Site Pastor at The Vineyard Church is a catalytic leader responsible for growing a multi-ethnic, Spirit-led, “come as you are” community that reflects the mission and values of The Vineyard Church. This leader will be part of forming big-picture strategy, will lead site staff, and will oversee all aspects of ministry at the Site, overseeing its ministry teams, developing leaders, preaching regularly, and championing outreach and justice in the local community. The mission of The Vineyard Church is at the core of the Site Pastor, always considering how to multiply multi-cultural communities of Jesus followers who make disciples, grow leaders, serve the poor, and seek justice.

The role of the Site Pastor is to oversee the life and direction of the Site under the direction and leadership of the Lead Pastor. This requires a firm grasp of the beliefs, values, and strategy of The Vineyard Church and the ability to align staff and leadership with its mission, vision and values.
