Beach Waterpark
Role Summary
Admissions greeters possess a wealth of knowledge about the park and are strategically placed in high traffic areas to greet, welcome, direct and assist guests.
Responsibilities
Must be willing to accept the most effective role, asdeemednecessary by the lead greeter, greeter supervisor, and/or manager.
Makes guest service and satisfaction a priority in every aspect of their job.
Attends,participates, and completes all park-wide and departmental orientations, trainings, and meetings.
Reports to work on time and upon receipt of instruction beginning to prepare workstation.
Stands forlong periodsof time outdoors.This includes being exposed to theelementsnature which encompassesvery hottemperatures and rapid changes in the weather.
Cleans the workstation and surrounding areas during/after shift is over and returns all items to proper areas.This includes but is not limited to taking out trash, cleaning windows, and sweeping.
Adheres to all park policies and rules.
Communicates with guests, which includes but is not limited to greeting guests, informing guests of park policies/general park information, and directing guests to all park locations.
Places wristbands on guests and checks ice chests as guests enter the park.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be friendly and outgoing with a high customer service acumen.
Must be willing and able to work long summer hours,holidaysand weekends throughout the year.
Must be honest, reliable, cooperative,personableand knowledgeable.
Must be able to use scissors in a safe and efficient manner.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand with or without movement for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time, as they may be exposed to rain,sunand high and low temperatures.
Must be able to bend, push up to 20lbsandlift upto 20lbs.
