Job Description & Offer Details Growth Coordinator | Soccer Shots CHE-SEPA Position: The Growth Coordinator plays a key role in growing Soccer Shots by driving enrollment, building partnerships, and managing our sales pipeline. This role focuses on lead generation, outreach, follow-up, CRM management, and developing strong community relationships to expand our impact.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Growth Coordinator is expected to maintain confidentiality and represent Soccer Shots with integrity and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities Primary Duties: Sales & Outreach

Manage lead generation and follow-up in our CRM (Highrise/Salesforce)

Achieve quarterly and annual enrollment and revenue goals by securing new accounts (daycares, preschools, schools, after-school programs, clubs/academies, parks, grants)

Conduct sales calls and meetings (including quarterly joint calls with the Executive Director and independent calls thereafter)

Maintain detailed, up-to-date records in CRM with follow-up actions and results

Identify and pursue sponsorship and partnership opportunities, including park programs, club partnerships, and corporate sponsors

Attend school director networking events to build relationships and visibility

Continuously seek opportunities to improve your own sales knowledge and support the broader Soccer Shots team in sales excellence

Secondary Duties: Communication & Support

Serve as a point of contact for school directors and parents as needed

Assist with program operations:

Coaching and subbing as needed

Supervising programs

Being on-call

Preparing, distributing, and supporting seasonal marketing materials

Qualifications

Review

Initial 90-day review (with weekly and monthly goal check-ins during this period)

Performance and agreement reviews conducted in January and August, respectively

Offer Details Reports to: Executive Director

Salary (exempt): $40,000/year (paid bi-monthly)

Monthly Gas Card: $200/month

Full Compensation: The total of your base salary, fuel, and benefits package, excluding medical benefits and retirement benefits (when eligible) = $42,400/year

PTO days: 14 permitted. Avoid using PTO on the first and last week of the season and at the same site location more than once. We require at least two weeks of notice for time-off requests. Any pre-scheduled PTO days outside of the fourteen allotted days will be unpaid.
