Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a hard work ethic
Enjoys being on his/her feet and moving around to get the job done
Is reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented
Has reliable transportation and a smartphone for communication

Qualifications Cleaning experience is not required. Training will be provided.
Must be able to perform basic cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, and other cleaning duties as needed.
Must NOT have toilet phobia. This is a JANITOR PARTI cleaning position. You WILL be cleaning toilets, urinals, and taking out trash on a daily basis.
Must be able to lift and/or carry 35 pounds without assistance or aggravating any existing physical condition.
Must provide your own reliable transportation.
Must own a smartphone to be able to clock-in, clock-out, and communicate with the management team.
Must be willing to submit to a drug test and a background check. All job offers will be on a probationary basis until the results of these tests are received. (The results will be evaluated and considered on a case-by-case basis.)
