Top Gun Pressure Washing Inc.
The Tree Climber will work in the field alongside a small crew and perform landscape maintenance of trees at various commercial properties. This will include, but is not limited to, trimming, installation, and storm damage clean up.
What You Will Do:
Performance of tree maintenance at commercial properties
Proper use of tools and PPE to safely and effectively climb trees to perform maintenance.
Use of hand tools, power tools, climbing equipment
Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
A current & valid driver’s license with three years of driving experience is required.
ISA Certified tree worker/climber specialist certification is preferred
The ability to identify tree types is required
Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with unexpected occurrences and delays.
The ability to work outdoors in all types of weather and conditions.
Great attendance and reliability.
A willingness to come to work every day and find ways to improve from the previous day.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to climb and work off of the ground
Ability to lift 75 pounds occasionally (Team lift or utilizing equipment)
Requires driving between company or customer locations

Compensation for this position is $25.00 -$30.00 hourly, depending on experience.
