Schedule: Monday to Friday, some evenings and weekends each month

About Freedom Communities Freedom Communities (FC) partners with neighbors in the Freedom-Wilkinson Corridor to create opportunities in education, housing, employment, and wellness that lead to holistic transformation for a thriving community. We are a place-based organization committed to walking alongside families over time, addressing the interconnected realities that impact long-term stability and success. Our work is grounded in the belief that transformation happens through relationships, and we intentionally build trusting relationships with neighbors, partners, and one another. We cultivate opportunities that expand access, remove barriers, and support families as they pursue their goals.

As a staff team, we care for one another with compassion, respect, and shared responsibility, while encouraging growth through learning, accountability, and continuous improvement. We persevere together with resilience and hope, remaining committed to our mission and community even when the work is complex or challenging.

Role Overview The Family Success Coach plays a pivotal role in guiding families toward sustainable progress through our Moms Moving Forward (MMF) program. MMF is a 12-month, cohort-based cash incentive program designed to drive upward mobility for mothers living in the Freedom Drive Corridor with at least one child under the age of 12.

The program builds family stability by equipping mothers with practical training, tools, and knowledge of community resources. Through the 12-month program, mothers build a growth-oriented mindset and a supportive peer network to strengthen their entire household. Participants receive compensation for their engagement to reduce barriers to participate while being rewarded for progress.

Our Family Success Coach supports moms and their children as they set and achieve goals to move their families forward. This is not a traditional case management role; it is a coaching-centered position focused on building trust, unlocking potential, and helping families chart a path toward long-term self-sufficiency.
