Role Description The licensed medical esthetician will assist Dr. Taguchi and aesthetic director Gina Taguchi, PhD, with the planning, management, development and growth of the YT Aesthetics division at Taguchi Women’s Clinic, PLLC. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician for a part-time on-site role in Stillwater, OK. The candidate must have knowledge-based expertise related to skincare. Responsibilities include performing skincare services including facials, skin-rejuvenation treatments, laser hair removal, laser complexion correction, and microneedling. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the clinical team, provide exceptional patient care, and ensure a positive experience for all clients. Additional responsibilities: educate patients on procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

About the Practice TAGUCHI WOMEN'S CLINIC & YT AESTHETICS is a premier medical spa specializing in advanced, results-oriented cosmetic treatments. Our team provides non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic services using state-of-the-art technology and medical-grade skincare.

Position Summary This is a part-time position requiring 8-16 hour/week and a starting salary of $25/hour with potential to increase salary contingent on tenure and increased performance/productivity and profit of aesthetic division after 90 days. This role is ideal for an experienced esthetician or skincare specialist who excels in patient care, treatment customization, and skincare sales within a medical setting. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Active Esthetician License in Oklahoma

Experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, plastic surgery practice, or cosmetic clinic preferred

Hands‑on experience with aesthetic devices, lasers, and advanced skincare treatments

Strong sales, consultation and patient retention skills

Professional, polished, and customer-service oriented

Passion for aesthetic medicine, skincare, and continued education

Key Responsibilities

Perform esthetic treatments including customized facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, light therapy, chemical peels, microneedling, HydraFacial, laser hair removal / IPL / skin resurfacing (if certified)

Conduct comprehensive skin analysis and consultations

Develop personalized treatment plans and skincare regimens

Educate patients on anti‑aging, acne, pigmentation and skin health

Recommend and retail medical‑grade skincare products

Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation

Follow medical, safety and sanitation protocols

Collaborate with providers, nurses and injectors to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Additional Responsibilities

Consulting with patients in exam rooms

Phone call consultations

Generate and follow‑up with leads

Paid Facebook Ads

Promote Memberships

Manage skincare/exosome lines and products

Stock supplies, inventory and ordering

Clinical concierge service

Sales and promotions

Maintain and order aesthetic supplies

Active social media posting

Sharing clinic account posts regularly

Making videos on a weekly basis

Independently creating social media posts for aesthetics (may work with our social media assistant)

Maintaining an independent aesthetic account (with appropriate software)

Post‑procedure follow‑up (f/u)

Phone call follow‑up with procedures

Scheduling aesthetic appointments

Assist planning and participate/host aesthetic events, open houses, educational forums

Additional duties may be added with the expansion of YT Aesthetics

Mileage compensation when necessary (> 50 miles outside Stillwater); $0.725/mile.

Relevant Aesthetic Commission – to be discussed.
