As a Front Desk professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, managing access control and responding to security‑related inquiries. What You’ll Do

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous first point of contact.

Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and issuing visitor badges according to site‑specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established procedures.

Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities, visitor check‑ins, and security‑related incidents as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.

Support emergency response activities as directed, communicating promptly with appropriate personnel when situations arise.

Provide customer service by answering inquiries, giving directions, and assisting with general questions related to the location and its procedures.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security‑related concerns to appropriate personnel to help deter potential issues.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experienceурс preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles;.domain 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
