Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a full-time Cook III to join our team. This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of culinary experience, supporting high-volume operations, strong food safety knowledge, knife skills, and an understanding of cooking temperatures. This role will support as both a Line Cook III and a Prep Cook. The candidate should be able to work quickly and accurately, and be a team player. A current ServSafe certification and hotel experience are a plus, but not required.

Shift Pattern: Candidates should be available to work morning and evening shifts, weekdays/weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

Prepare, maintain and monitor quality control for hot food items including, but not limited to, meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks and seasonings

Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards

Prepare guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner

Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times

Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen and ensure plates are clean and appetizing

Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
