Position: Server
Position Type: Part Time
Location: Hudson, Ohio
Compensation & Schedule
Starting wage: $15-$16 per hour
Shift schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Key Responsibilities
To be a Host with the Most: greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
To be a Peppy Prepper: prepare service tables, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware. Understanding that a successful meal service only happens if you’re prepared.
To be a Titan of Tidiness: buss tables, sweep floors – a crucial role in maintaining a clean environment.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th‑grade proficiency.
Must have a positive and energetic attitude and love residents.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Must frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
