is currently looking for a motivated and attentive
Server
for our poolside restaurant,
Bar Bibi . This individual will be responsible for providing warm, anticipatory and efficient service to resort guests and club members. This individual will be tasked with ensuring that guests and club members have a memorable experience by delivering exceptional hospitality and assisting them with their food and beverage needs. What you’ll do
Greet guests and club members warmly (by name when possible) as they arrive and throughout their experience Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly, making recommendations as needed and ensuring preferences are noted. Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and non‑alcoholic drinks, following recipes and brand presentation standards. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests and club members, ensuring items are served promptly and at the correct temperature. Provide attentive service throughout guests’ and club members’ visit, checking on them regularly to ensure their satisfaction and offering refills or additional items as needed. Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions and closing out checks at the end of each shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pool bar area, including clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed. Monitor and comply with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Assist with
