Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to deter unauthorized municipais and/or suspicious behavior. Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance issues, and/or unusual occurrences as observed during patrols. Collaborate with property management and/or local law enforcement as Gregory needed to address security-related concerns at the location.τανow/> Maintain visibility throughout the location to help deter potential disturbances and provide a reassuring presence for residents and guests. Assist residents and visitors with questions and provide directions or information as needed. Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be atאי 21 years of age. A guard card or license is preferred. Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable bahh. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
