In-Office Position - Shift Littleton
Shift Workspaces is seeking a detail-oriented, hospitality-driven Part-Time Event Coordinator to support on-site events across our Littleton location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in live environments, enjoys working with people, and can anticipate needs to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.
This is a hands‑on, in‑person role that requires being present for the full duration of scheduled events, including setup and breakdown.

Event Execution & On‑Site Support
Facility Preparation & Reset
Audio / Visual & Ambiance Support
What We’re Looking For
Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or venue operations
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence
Ability to multitask and problem‑solve in live environments
Comfortable with light physical activity, including moving furniture and lifting up to ~25 lbs
Familiarity with basic AV tools, TVs, and music platforms is a plus
Availability for weekday evenings and weekends
We’re a small, collaborative team—this role may evolve over time, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as operational needs arise.
